Responsibilities:

Receiving, dispatching, and registering official documents daily.
-
Reporting data to the Technical and Vocational College Database (faculty information, curriculum-related data).
-
Submitting information to the Technical and Vocational Curriculum Resource Network.
-
Revising departmental bylaws and organizational guidelines for various committees.
-
Organizing and recording department-related meetings, including Department Affairs Meetings, Department Faculty Evaluation Committee Meetings, Curriculum Committee Meetings, and Teaching Assistant Selection Committee Meetings.
-
Preparing proposals for the University Curriculum Committee, Academic Affairs Meeting, University Faculty Evaluation Committee, and University Affairs Meeting.

Managing Chinese and English syllabi for the Day Program.
-
Planning and updating the Day Program curriculum.
-
Handling curriculum planning, faculty teaching assignments, and consolidation of faculty teaching hours.
-
Assisting faculty with scheduling their teaching times.
-
Managing student pre-registration and course selection matters (compiling class lists, course selection lists, and confirmation forms).
-
Handling registration for summer session courses.
-
Forwarding various faculty-related documents to appropriate units.
-
Completing surveys and data requests for the Office of Academic Affairs.
-
Managing the appointment process for full-time and part-time faculty as well as teaching assistants.
-
Handling faculty academic activities (short-term training, workshops, overseas lectures, overseas study, etc.).
-
Processing faculty promotion applications and faculty review submissions.
-
Co-organizing large-scale seminars (paper handling, workshop certificates, administrative coordination).
-
Assisting with property inventory and distribution of daily consumable supplies.
-
Managing elections for representatives of university meetings and for department committee members.
-
Assisting with the borrowing and management of library equipment and instruments for the Day Program.
-
Assisting with the registration and management of Day Program specialized classroom usage.
-
Handling tasks assigned by the Department Chair.
-
Arranging and reviewing Day Program course schedules.
-
Handling course selection matters for the College Division.
-
Managing registration and add/drop procedures for course retakes and summer sessions.
-
Processing faculty academic activities (lectures, professional development).
-
Consolidating data for faculty promotions and teaching hour calculations.
-
Managing the appointment procedures for full-time and part-time faculty.
-
Organizing meetings for the Department Evaluation Committee, Academic Committee, Curriculum Committee, and Student Recommendation Committee.
-
Handling faculty evaluation-related matters.
-
Coordinating tasks with the Office of Research and Development (faculty activities).
-
Co-organizing major events.
-
Managing industry–academia collaboration affairs.
-
Coordinating tasks assigned by the Office of Academic Affairs.
